The hotel was perfect for our beginning of the year's escape. The rooms are big and well equipped, the hotel is new and extremely clean, it was very nice decorated for Christmas, the SPA zone very diversified and well maintained. The breakfast was spectacular, and I can say that irrespective of how picky you are, it is impossible not to like it. The minuses or aspects that could be improved are the quality of the pillows, the limited options for vegetarians at dinner, and the very sleepery floor in the SPA zone. All in one, we definitely recommend the hotel, especially in winter.

The hotel itself is brilliant. The staff is friendly. The hotel has been open since 03 march 2021 which means is still new and in very good condition. Hotel is open during the whole year. Bit pricey, but is worth it. If you want to pay a bit more and you will get amazing sea view room. The rooms are big and very well decorated. There is a floor heating in the bathrooms. The pools are well looked after. The water in the pools is mineral and warm. You can get a nice massage as well but you have to pay. May be the best thing about the hotel is the food. It’s a lot, it’s amazing and different every day. The service of our waiter was perfect as well. The bad thing is the infrastructure. The route to the hotel is very bad and there is not enough parking space for everyone. Although I will recommend this hotel. Especially during the winter, because during the summer the choice is massive.

Very nice hotel situated in a very good location. Food is very good, so is the beautiful garden, pool and spa areas and the beach. Now, the bad part: service is very, very, very bad. The overall attitude of the staff was defiant, to aggressive. We had to change the room because in our current room there was a very bad smell that kept us up all night. I do not know what the source was, probably a result of poor ventilation or the fact that they allow pets in the hotel rooms (it was a wet dog smell). The hotel desk was oblivious, their initial response was "no, it does not smell, it is only in your imagination", then they acknowledged there was a problem and sent someone to "clean" the room. The cleaning lady told us she knew the room had a problem, but could do nothing to address the issue other than spraying some perfume. Even so, the front desk kept delaying a room change. At one point they even asked us if we want to leave. After a day of discussions with the front desk and the manager, they finally agreed to change our room. Not the level of service you would expect from a 5-star hotel.

This is my second visit, and I am not disappointed at all. The first reason to come again is the pool area - the water is with perfect temperature and even my wife doesn't complain about it. Another reason is the food - my first stay was in the strong summer season, and there was plenty of food, good variety, and well cooked. Now, at the beginning of November, the hotel is not very full, which explains why the amount of food is not that big, but it is still good and you won't be disappointed. The rooms are of good size and clean, and special thanks to the cleaning staff, who were entertaining my kid with different towels art every day. The only disadvantage is that there is not much to do in the village, but you can visit different great places around e.g. Botanical garden Balchik, horn Kaliakra, etc. I'll be back ;)
